Concerns for man at tower block
A MAN in his 40s has been arrested on suspicion of affray after police officers were called out to a block of flats in Billingham last night, Thursday.
Police were called to Melsonby Court in the town at about 8.20pm due to concerns for the wellbeing of a man.
A 42-year-old man was arrested and taken to custody, where he remains this morning.
