POLICE are appealing for information after a female had her bag snatched.
A police spokesperson said the victim was walking in the Waldridge Road area of Chester-le-Street at around 6pm on Monday when she was robbed.
The offender is described as being a white male of around 25 to 30 years old, around 5ft 6 tall, a skinny build and of an unkempt appearance.
Anyone with information should contact Durham Police on 101, quoting incident number DHM-23072018-0396.
