ANIMALS love to feel the summer sun - but this year the high temperatures are a bit too hot if you have to wear a fur coat all the time.
Deborah Clarke grabbed a shot of a tortoiseshell cat asleep on a hot footpath on a recent holiday.
And Derek J Rhodes caught this colourful bird napping when it peaked over its wing to see who was making all the fuss.
