A NEW festival with live music, world food, market stalls and entertainment is being held in Consett next month.
Red Dust will be held at Consett Rugby Club, on Medomsley Road, on Saturday, August 18.
The music will be headlined by Four Colour Ghosts, a North-East original alt-rock band, and includes The Bullfrog Blues Band, The Kets, Tinny Bennet, Thieves Of Liberty and Trilogy.
Organiser Tris Raine said: “Grab your mates, get the family together and come along to an awesome day of live music.
“Whatever you do, don’t miss out on a fantastic local music festival.”
Ticket prices are £5 for adults, £3.50 for 12 to 16 years.
Under 12s are free, but must be accompanied by an adult.
