POLICE have issued a new photograph of a missing 65-year-old woman as concern grows about her welfare.
Linda Keating, 65, was last seen at her home in Peterlee, County Durham, on July 19 at about 8am.
She was wearing the three-quarter length white coat as featured in the picture, carrying a shoulder bag and a white plastic bag.
She is of slim build, wears glasses and has short wavy hair.
She is known to enjoy visiting Thirsk, York and the Lake District.
Fourteen Mountain Rescue Volunteers from Teesdale and Weardale Search and Rescue Team, supported by four dog handlers from Yorkshire and Northumberland, spent 12 hours searching the area near her home.
Sergeant Mike Todd said: “We are becoming increasingly concerned about the whereabouts of Linda.
“I would urge anyone who has seen her to get in touch. Or Linda, if you are reading this, please make contact.”
