JANET Sewell, of Windmill, near Bishop Auckland, has asked The Northern Echo to point out tha she is not on unconditional bail prior to her trial on charges of harassment without violence - as reported in Friday's paper.
Newton Aycliffe Magistrates' Court have confirmed this. The trial was adjourned until August 24 without any bail arrangements being imposed. We are happy to clarify the matter.
