A FORMER Acklam Hall Grammar School pupil is hoping to contact the family of one his closest school friends.
Mike Fenton grew up in Middlesbrough during the 50s and 60s and was best friends with Norman Bennett, but the pair lost touch over the ensuing years.
Mr Fenton believes that Mr Bennett worked as a teacher in Darlington and died about five years ago, but he is keen to contact the Bennett family; particularly Norman’s brother Richard who may be living in the Darlington area.
