£35,000 haul stolen from bike shop
RAIDERS escaped with bikes and cycling equipment worth about £35,000 when they targeted a bicycle business.
The thieves stole mountain bikes made by Argon, Morida and Norco, as well as racing bikes manufactured by Argon and Bianchi, when they broke into Cyclescene at Wigginton, near York.
The raid happened between 6pm on February 12 and 9am the following day.
Police are appealing for anyone with information to contact York CID on 101, select option two and ask for Martin Hinchliffe.
