HAS Banksy come to Darlington? A mystery artwork in the stencil style of the famously anonymous street artist has appeared on the wall of an empty shop in the town’s Northgate.
The image, which shows a young boy with his eyes blacked out, carrying a toy gun, was created sometime in the last few days.
Banksy is known for popping up in random places to add his street creations but, after a high-profile month long residency in New York, has he decided to make his mark in the North-East?
