A PARISH church has entered into the festive spirit with a Christmas tree exhibition.
Businesses, charities and residents in Thirsk have contributed decorated trees to the exhibition at the town's St Mary's Church. It is the third year the festival has been held. The exhibition is open from 10am to 4pm until Saturday. Admission is free, but donations to the church are welcome.
Exhibition organiser Julia Smith said: "Exhibitors show so much imagination and ingenuity - their enthusiasm is catching.
"It is an exhibition not to be missed."
An exhibition organ recital will take place today from 12.15pm to 12.45pm.
Refreshments will be available.
