A CARE manager has been named among the best in the country.
Lesa(CORR) Kell, manager of Rose Beck Cottage, in Durham, was shortlisted in the Front Line Leader category at The Great British Care Awards, held at London’s Grosvenor Hotel on Saturday, April 20.
She was commended for her leadership skills and her ability to make a difference.
Ms Kell said: “It was an amazing experience to be recognised alongside my peers for this award and despite not winning on the night I am so proud to have made the final and to be a regional winner.”
Rose Beck Cottage is part of Community Integrated Care, one of the UK’s largest social care charities.
