THE definitive line-up of rock will head to Rhyl for the second time to celebrate the epoch defining music of Pink Floyd.

Merseyside tribute supergroup Eclipse are returning to the Pavilion this summer to recreate the staggering back catalogue of the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers.

For the mammoth task of doing the music of Floyd justice, Eclipse brings Dr David Crilly on guitars, Toni Hughes on keyboards and Martin Byrne on bass and vocals from led Zeppelin tribute Mothership together with AZ/DC’s drummer Daz Jones and Dr Strangelove guitarist Frank Ryan.

Sax accompaniment - a must for solos on classics such as Money - is provided by Steve Riley and the soaring vocals of Jade Thunder - who has performed around the UK with artists including Gary Murphy Band, The Connie Lush Band and Captain Beefheart’s Magic Band - completing the set-up.

The current Eclipse production contains a selection of Floyd classics, including music from The Wall, Wish You Were Here, Meddle and The Division Bell and, of course, the truly epic scope of the iconic album Dark Side of the Moon.

Apart from a level of musicianship that is second to none, the performance includes spectacular multi-media and laser effects

To experience the best of one of the most essential bands of the past 50 years, head to The Pavilion on Friday, June 28 at 7.30pm.

Tickets are £20, with concessions available, to book visit rhylpavilion.co.uk or by calling 01745 330000.
