It faces south with spectacular views in all directions of the surrounding countryside. It has plenty of outside space with long gardens to the front and rear of the property as well as an enclosed courtyard and some really useful outbuildings. The property is in good condition and offers spacious living accommodation which is double glazed and has electric night store heating.

This is classic Yorkshire Dales landscape with hills, valleys, streams, limestone and viaducts. There are plenty of walks and cycles from the door and the Carlisle to Settle railway line is in close proximity. The town of Hawes is just under 6 miles away and is around an 8-10 minutes drive, with many facilities, and attractions too, including the Wensleydale Creamery.

Ground Floor Accommodation

The entrance porch has plenty of space for coats and boots and provides access to the entrance hall which has a stripped wooden staircase to the first floor and access to the living room. This is a spacious room with fabulous views over the countryside, it has stripped floorboards and a log burner set within a cast iron fire surround. The dining kitchen has plenty of room for a large dining table and chairs and the kitchen area is fitted with a range of wall and floor cupboards to two sides incorporating electric hob and oven with extractor canopy above and inset one and a half bowl sink unit. From here a door leads directly to the courtyard with the utility room opposite.

The first floor landing has a spindle balustrade and stripped wooden flooring. From here there is access to all three bedrooms and the bathroom/WC. The bathroom door is a sliding door which is a great use of space. The suite is a modern white suite comprising painted wood panelled bath with shower over, pedestal wash hand basin and low level WC. The walls are part tiled and part wood painted panelling. There are three double bedrooms, two enjoying the views to the front elevation and one enjoying the view to the rear.
