THERESA MAY stands accused of decimating the rain forests, thus increasing the threat of global warming.
I refer of course to the mountainous deluge of Tory propaganda that has descended on my home, as well as on the homes of other eligible voters in our constituency during the last few weeks.
The central theme extols the virtues of Saint Theresa whilst demonising Jeremy Corbyn as the Devil Incarnate.
Considering that the Bishop Auckland constituency is No 46 on the Tory hit list, I presume that this Tory strategy is being applied throughout the United Kingdom at huge cost.
However, money is no object (echoes of 2015 election) as they have an inexhaustible supply donated by their rich donors who are hell bent on preventing Jeremy Corbyn getting his hands on a little of it in order to alleviate the pain of austerity imposed by a heartless, ruthless Tory government and kick start an economic recovery.
If Theresa May reads this, I doubt she will refer to me as “Dear Maurice” in the future.
