A NORTH East Love Island star is building luxury mansions in Teesside.
Sam Gowland set up Sam Gowland Properties four years ago, which are now developing a range of luxury mansions in Wynyard Park.
Mr Gowland is a former Love Island contestant and appeared in series 16 to 20 of MTV’s Geordie Shore.
Wynyard Park, situated on the border of Teesside and Durham, offers private, gated community homes.
The mansions feature a cinema room, private bar, gym, sauna, steam room, and hydro resistance pool.
Each of the homes offer in excess of 7,000sq ft, with underfloor heating throughout, an integrated sound system and intelligent lighting, with a minimum of five bedrooms.
