A NORTH-EAST firm is introducing technology that will revolutionise the process of buying and selling property.
Husband and wife Paul and Mary Milliken, who run Darlington’s Property Search Group (PSG), are bringing the rapidly-growing AudioTours phenomenon to the region’s property market.
Their venture, Audioagent, uses a commentary service with online property slideshows.
Mr Milliken, who like his wife has a decade of experience of the region’s property market, said their franchise is proving popular.
“Buyers love AudioTours, because they help them visualise properties online in a way never before possible,” he said.
“The combination of a TVstyle advert, full colour photos, a comprehensive property description, maps and floor plans, is the next best thing to actually being there,” he said.
The couple joined PSG in 2000 after six years of running a post office and corner shop in North Yorkshire.
