NORTH-EAST producers are wanted to showcase their wares at a tourist attraction in the region.
After a complete re-model and overhaul of the existing retail shop at The Alnwick Garden, the hunt is on for producers to get in touch to showcase their products, with a view to be stocked in the shop this spring.
Set to re-open mid February 2020, the retail team are looking for locally produced, interesting and enticing products from around the North-East.
Daniel Russell, the recently appointed head of commercial operations, said: “We want visitors and the local community to see the best our region has to offer in our new retail shop.
“We already have some superb lines, but we are looking for more. Our aim is to create a retail environment that champions regional produce and goods, ensuring that more money stays within our community and help the local economy to grow. A ‘go to’ shopping destination where you can buy quality, locally made and produced goods, many of which will be unique.”
If you are a local producer and would like to discuss the opportunity to work with The Alnwick Garden to showcase your products then please get in touch at 01665-511350, or retail@alnwickgarden.com
There will be a year of events across 2020 celebrating The Alnwick Garden’s 20th anniversary.
