ONE woman who believes she works in the 'World's Best Business Location' has entered a contest to put the North-East on the map.
Stacey Caine, 33, from Darlington, makes the commute each day to her office at First Source, in Stockton, where she welcomed the one and only David Hasselhoff.
She said: “He was doing some promotional work for us at the time and he came to see us on a few different occasions.
“He was lovely and very tall, as you can see. He talked to everyone, as we’re not a big office, and he posed for photos and signed autographs.
“I love working at this location as it’s in a lovely area of Stockton. There’s not much else around it and we are right on the river. It is fantastic as you get to see the rowers training for the Olympics – it’s quite popular for sports like that.”
Ms Caine has entered the photo into the World’s Best Business Locations competition, organised by London-based tech company UENI.
Christine Telyan, UENI chief executive, said: “This competition is designed to reveal the most inspiring and unusual places people spend their working days, all over the world.”
