A BEAUTY salon reached the finals of a prestigious awards ceremony recently.
The team at Rejoy, Cockerton, Darlington, is celebrating after wowing judges to be named one of the best boutique salons in the North-East at the 2018 Professional Beauty Regional Awards.
Director Erin Harper said: “We are absolutely overwhelmed that after a year and a half we have been recognised by industry leaders and named as one of the top salons in our region.
“We pride ourselves on redesigning the beauty industry and encouraging women to prioritise self-care in a world where stress and mental health is on the rise.
“We feel like our mission is being recognised and we are so excited.”
Assistant manager Chantelle Weatherill added: "‘I’m so proud to work within this dynamic and forward thinking team. I have worked extremely hard to motivate the staff and improve our services."
