DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL FOOTPATH 8, NEASHAM
(TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE), ORDER 2019
Darlington Borough Council has made an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close:
FOOTPATH 8, NEASHAM
From its junction with Bridleway 1 Noasham, oastwards lor I65metres
An alternative route will be signed on site.
The Order is necessary to enable construction of a housing development.
The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 6 months commencing from 24th April 2019.
