CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT N0.6A) ORDER 2019 BRADFORD EAST AREA CONSTITUENCY-VARIOUS ROADS

CITY OF BRADFORD METROPOLITAN DISTRICT COUNCIL (WAITING LOADING AND PARKING) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT N0.6A) ORDER 2019 BRADFORD EAST AREA CONSTITUENCY-VARIOUS ROADS

NOTICE is hereby given that City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council made the above Order on 18th April 2019 under its powers contained in the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, the effect of which is to:

i. Introduce "no waiting at any time" on lengths of Gilpin Street, Lome Street, Mitre Court, Mount Street, Killinghall Road, First Avenue, Moorside Road, Robin Close, Leeds Road (Greengates), Albion Road, Leeds Road (Thackley), Town Lane, Back Horton Park Avenue, Defarge Court, Marsh Street and Trevor Foster Way.



ii. Introduce "no waiting Mon-Sat 7am-6pm" on a length of Parkside Road.



iii. Introduce "limited waiting parking Mon-Sat 8am-6pm, 3 hours max stay no return within 2 hours" on lengths of New Augustus Street and Filey Street.



iv. Introduce "Permit Holders parking at any time. Limited waiting parking Mon-Fri 8am-6pm, 30 mins, no return within 1 hour" on a length of Cousen Road.



v. Introduce "no stopping on school entrance markings Mon-Fri 8am-4.30pm 01 Sep-31 Jul" on a length of Basil Street.



vi. Introduce "loading bay at all times" on a length of Duinen Street.



vii. Extend existing "loading bay - loading only Mon-Sat 8am-6pm" on a length of Fullerton Street.



viii. Extend eligibility for existing resident permit parking on a length of Corban Street.



ix. Revoke existing "no waiting at any time" on lengths of Fullerton Street and Duinen Street.



x. Revoke two existing Pay and Display Parking Areas on lengths New Augustus Street and an existing Pay and Display Parking Area on a length of Filey Street.



The Order comes into force on 26th April 2019 and a copy of the Order together with a map showing the affected roads may be examined during normal office hours at the Customer Services Reception, City Hall, Bradford, BD1 1HY.

If you wish to question the validity of the Order, or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the powers conferred by the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, or on the grounds that any requirements of that Act or of any Instrument made under it, have not been complied with in relation to the Order, you may, within six weeks from the date upon which the Order was made (i.e. 18th April 2019) apply to the High Court for this purpose.
