For planning permission for: Construction of

Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application, should do so in writing within 21 days of the date of publication in the newspaper to: Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Planning Service, Town Hall, Blackburn, BB1 7DY.
