DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A CONSERVATION AREA

10/18/0725: 85 Preston New Road, Blackburn. Full Planning Application

for Demolition of existing conservatory and erection of first floor side

extension. Applicant: Mr Liyakat Raja.

DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY

10/18/0810: Hole House Barn, Bank Fold, Pickup Bank, Darwen. Full

Planning Application for Proposed log cabin for annex accommodation and

detached garage. Applicant: Miss L Sanderson.

10/18/0854: Higher Waves Cottage, Ramsgreave Drive, Blackburn. Full Planning Application for Change of Use of land to residential curtilage. Applicant: Mr Chris Heaton.

Comments should be made within 14 days of this notice: by email to planning@blackburn.gov.uk or by writing to DENISE PARK, Deputy Chief Executive, Town Hall, Blackburn. BB1 7DY Please quote the application ref in your letter.
