Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises Known as Bridgeware; 9-10 Church Street, Darwen, BB3 2RE applied to Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council for agnation of a Premises Licence. The proposed variation is; I .To extend the terminal hour for the sale of alcohol, films, recorded music and late night refreshment on a Thursday to 03:00 hours the following day; 2. To extend the opening hours to allow the premises to close at 03:30 hours the following morning on a Thursday; 3. To remove conditions under Annex 2 and Annex 3 of the premises licence and replace with conditions as detailed within the application submitted to the Licensing Authority following consultation with the Police Licensing and Environmental Health Officers; and 4. Additional non-standard timings for notable days are also sought, as detailed in the application. [See application for full details).Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing & Public Protection Service, Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council, Room 304, Floor 3 Old Town Hall, King William Street, Black-bum, BBT 7DY no later than 24 January 2018 stating the grounds for rewesentation.The register of Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council's website - http://www.blackburn.gov.uk   is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
