TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.58/7/2 AND 10.93/5/1 IN GREAT BUSBY AND LITTLE BUSBY, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2017 NO 392 ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 - SECTION 14(1) (AS AMENDED)
North Yorkshire County Council has made an Order which is to continue in force, under Section 15(5) of the above Act, the provisions of the Order North Yorkshire County Council (Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians) (Public Footpaths 10.58/7/2 and 10.93/5/1, Great Busby and Little Busby, Hambleton) Order 2016 No 482 made on 3rd November 2016, the effect of which will be to prohibit any pedestrian from proceeding along Public Footpath 10.58/7/2 and 10.93/5/1 in Great Busby and Little Busby between grid reference NZ51330447 and NZ52100485 in the District of Hambleton due to bridge demolition for health and safety reasons.
The maximum duration of the Order will be from 9th November 2017 until 8th May 2018 inclusive and it is envisaged that the remainder of the works will be undertaken over this timescale. The closure will be put into effect by notices and signs.
Alternative Route: Follow Public Bridleway 10.93/4/1 north towards Greenlees (NZ50980513). Head east on track and then south (NZ51730546) on Public Footpath 10.58/8/1 past Viewley Hill Farm.
