NORTH YORKSHIRE COUNTY COUNCIL TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF PEDESTRIANS (PUBLIC FOOTPATH 10.140/3/1, STOKESLEY, HAMBLETON) ORDER 2017 NO 341 Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 – Section 14(1) (as amended)
North Yorkshire County Council intends to make this Order to prohibit any pedestrian from using the Public Footpath 10.140/3/1, Stokesley, Hambleton between grid reference NZ52480932 and NZ52450958, in the District of Hambleton for a temporary period of 6 months (subject to access to premises) between 11th September 2017 and 11th March 2018, to enable the construction of 225 dwellings and associated infrastructure – the closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
