RICHMONDSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL (PUBLIC FOOTPATH NO. 20.41/2/1 PARISH OF MANFIELD) DIVERSION ORDER 2017
The above named Order was made on the 21st August, 2017 under section 257 and Schedule 14 of the Town and Country Planning Act 1990. The effect of the Order will be to divert the length of public footpath described in Part 1
of the Schedule to the route described in Part 2 of the Schedule below. The route of the footpath runs through land adjacent to Holme House, Piercebridge, DL2 3SY and can be seen marked on the Order Map. A copy of the Order and the Order Map have been placed and may be seen free of charge at Council Offices, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond, DL10 4JXfrom 9.00 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Mondays to Fridays. Copies of the Order and Map may be bought there at the price of £1.80. Any representations about or objections to the Order maybe sent in writing to the Planning and Development Manager (ref: BB) at the above Council address not later than 22nd September, 2017. Please state the grounds on which they are made. If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, Richmondshire District Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs for confirmation any representations and objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order.
SCHEDULE PART 1 DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF EXISTING PATH IN MANFIELD

Farm, Piercebridge, DL2 3SY.
PART 2 DESCRIPTION OF SITE OF NEW PATH IN MANFIELD
Footpath No. Starting at Point A to run along the access 20.41/2/1 road in an easterly direction to Points B, X-422137, Y-515057 and C, X-422143, Y-515050, then directed south along the access road, through the site at Point D, X-422140, Y-514969, Point E, X-422139, Y-514959, Point F.X-422134, Y-514942, to Point G where it will join the field track and the existing PROW route, in the southeastern part of the site. Width 2 metres.
