NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR VARIATION
OF PREMISES LICENSE
Notice is given that Neville Bird and Amanda Baker-Bird have applied to Richmondshire District Council for a variation of the existing Premises Licence in respect of The Barn, Gilling Old Mill, Gilling West, Richmond DL10 5JD. The variation applied for is to extend the existing premises license authority and conditions to include a recently constructed function room within the complex. The current licensable activities are:
(i) The capacity to supply alcohol for consumption on the premises Sunday-Saturday 11:00 - 00.30
(ii) The capacity to provide live and recorded music Sunday-Saturday 11:00 - 00.30. Any objections, and reasons for objection to this application must be made in writing to the address below and received no later than 11 August 2017 to The Licensing Officer, Richmondshire District Council, Mercury House, Station Road, Richmond DL10 4JX. It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which upon summary conviction is £5,000.
