Notice is hereby given under Section 123 (2A) of the Local Government Act 1972 that Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council intends to dispose by way of long lease of 25 years to St George's Mill Hill Scouts, for scouting activities. The land having an area of 9736 square metres or thereabouts, situated on the East

Side of Green Lane Blackburn, which consists or forms

part of an area of open space.

A plan showing the area of intended disposal can be inspected at the Information Desk at the Town

Hall, Blackburn, Monday to Friday inclusive between the hours of 10.00 am and 4.00pm (excluding Bank

Holidays.)
