Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council has received planning applications for the following developments:

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT AFFECTING A PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAY 10/17/0138: Former Waterfield Mill, Balmoral Road, Darwen. Full Planning Application for 28no. dwellings and associated infrastructure works. Applicant: Mr D Fallows.

MAJOR DEVELOPMENT

10/17/0211: Land to the West of Gib Lane, Blackburn. Full Planning Application for erection of 205no. dwellings, access, landscaping and associated | works. Applicant: Story Homes Ltd.

The applications and plans can be inspected at www.blackburn.gov.uk or at the Town Halls. Comments should be made within 14 days of this notice: by email to planning@blackburn.gov.uk or by writing to BRIAN BAILEY, Director of Planning and Prosperity, Town Hall, Blackburn. BB1 7DY

Please quote the application ref in your letter. Any written comments you make can be inspected by the public under the provisions of the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, and therefore should not contain any remarks, which might be regarded as offensive or libellous.
