Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Stonegate Pub Company Limited in respect of Premises known as Yates (to be known as The Darlington Flyer), 30 Skinnergate, Darlington, DL3 7NR applied to Darlington Borough Council for a Variation of a Premises Lcence. The proposed variation is: 1.To extend

the start time for opening hours to

start from 07:00 hours Monday to Sunday (including standard and non­standard timings) to allowfor breakfast opening. 2.To extend the start time for sale of alcohol, films, live music, recorded music, performance of dance

and entertainment similar to live and

recorded music and performance of

dance to commence at 08:00 hours,

seven days a week. 3. To remove and add conditions to the premises licence,

as detailed in the application. 4. To add

non standard timings on the day that

British Summertime commences, as

detailed in the application. Any

representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing

Authority, Darlington Boriugh Council Block D,Town Hall, Darlington, DLI 5QT no later than 28 March 2017 stat­ing the grounds for representation.^
