NOTICE is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council made the following Orders the effect of which will be to regulate the waiting of vehicles as described in Schedules 1, 6, 7 and 8; to regulate the loading and unloading of vehicles as described in Schedules 2, 3 and 5; to regulate movement of vehicles in Schedule 9; to regulate the waiting of vehicles for school entrance marking in Schedule 4 and to revoke the existing Orders described in the Schedule 10. The usual exemptions will apply.
