NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION
Proposed development at Northallerton West, Springwell Lane, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, Darlington, DL7 8UP. Take notice that application is being made by Wensleydale Railway Plc, Mr Nigel Park, for planning permission to erect a temporary scaffolding platform on the railway embankment 200 metres west of Springwell Lane Crossing. A footpath will be provided to the crossing and pedestrians will continue to Northallerton via the unadapted section of Springwell Lane. Local planning authority to whom the application is being submitted. Hambleton District Council, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL6 2UU. Any owner of the land or tenant who wishes to make representations about this application, should write to the council within 21 days of the date of this notice.
