NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR THE GRANT OF A PREMISES LICENCE THE LICENSING ACT 2003 Notice is hereby given that, Chester Le Street Masonic Hall, have applied to the Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Chester Le Street Masonic Hall Association Station Road, Chester Le Street, Co Durham, DH3 3DU for the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:- Sale of Alcohol 08:00-01:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive Provision of Regulated Entertainment 09:00-01:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive Provision Of Late Night Refreshment 23:00-01:00 Monday to Sunday inclusive. A record of this application may be inspected at the Councils offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham, DH7 8RS by appointment, on weekdays between 9.30am and 4.30pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by 30/07/13-28 days after application rec'd by local authority and sent to:- Durham County Council, Licensing Services, PO Box 617, Durham. DH1 9HZ It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
