Application for grant of a premises licence

Name of applicant Spv Capitol Ltd postal address of premises: The Leven Hotel, 27 High Street, Stokesley, Middlesbrough, TS9 5AD. Notice is hereby given that an application has been submitted to Hambleton District Council for a 'shadow' premises licence by the freehold owner at the premises, on the same terms as the existing premises licence 09_PREM_0098, and as follows: Proposed licensable activities and hours: (1) Live music, Recorded Music, Performance of Dance, Supply of Alcohol (on/off) both indoors and outdoors  to 00:30 every day; (2) Late night refreshment indoors and outdoors 23:00 to 00:30 every day; (3) Opening hours 11:00 to 01:00 Every day; (4) An extension applies for New Year's Eve in respect of all licensable activities and opening hours; (5) the same conditions as are attached to the current premises licence shall apply. The register of applications and a record of this application is availalbe for inspection at Hambleton District Council, Licensing, Civic Centre, Stone Cross, Rotary Way, Northallerton, DL6 2UU. Representations concerning this application should be submitted in writing to the Council at

or by post to the above address by: 27th April 2022. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and a person guilty of such an offence is table on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
