NOTICE OF INTENTION TO DISPOSE OF OPEN SPACE
Notice is hereby given that Durham County Council proposes to grant an Easement on:
? 44.38m2 (0.011 acres) or thereabouts of land adjacent to Gloucester/Castledene Road Open Space, Delves Lane, Consett DH8 7HW
A plan showing the area concerned may be inspected at the offices of Corporate Property and Land, County Hall, Durham, DH1 5UL.
By virtue of Section 123 of the Local Government Act 1972 (as amended) the County Council is required to give formal notice of its intention to grant an easement on Open Space and consider any objections to the Easement.
Any representations or objections to the easement should be made in writing to the Head of Legal and Democratic Services at the address below or by emailing

before the 24th March 2022 and should state the grounds for objection.
