NOTICE UNDER SECTION 27 OF THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925 THE SVITZER MARINE PENSION SCHEME (formerly known as the Cory Ship Towage Limited Pension Scheme, Cory Ship Towage Pension Scheme and Wijsmuller Marine Pension Scheme) ("Scheme") This notice is addressed to current and former employees of Svitzer Marine Limited (company number 69494) (formerly known as Wijsmulller Marine Ltd, Cory Towage Limited and Cory Ship Towage Limited), Svitzer Crew Services Limited (company number 185144) (formerly known as Cory Towage (Tyne) Limited and Rea Towing Company Limited), Cory Ship Towage (Clyde) Limited (company number SC005380), Wijsmuller Marine Services (Guernsey) Limited (company number 38775), Svitzer Eastlands Limited (company number 2103679) (formerly known as Adsteam (UK) Limited and Howard Smith (UK) Limited), Svitzer Humber Limited (company number 524008) (formerly known as Adsteam Humber Limited, Howard Smith (Humber) Limited, Adsteam Humber Limited and Humber Tugs Limited) and Svitzer Towage Limited (company number 24907) (formerly known as Adsteam Towage Limited, Howard Smith Towage Limited, Adsteam Towage Limited and Alexandra Towing Company Limited), Felixarc Marine Limited (company number 4094541) (formerly known as Notsallow 133 Limited) and Adsteam Guernsey Limited (company number 40633); and the spouses, partners, children and dependants of such current and former employees. The above-named occupational pension scheme started to wind up on 15 February 2022. If you think you are entitled to benefits under the Scheme and have not recently received correspondence about the Scheme, please contact the Trustee of the Scheme by writing to: David Noakes, Svitzer Marine Pension Trust, Tees Wharf, Dockside Road, Middlesbrough, TS3 6AB. You should include details of your current address and of any benefits you think you are entitled to. You should provide this information no later than two months after the date on which this notice is published, after which the Trustee will proceed to complete the winding-up of the Scheme and will distribute the remaining assets of the Scheme having regard only to the claims of which it then has notice.
