DARLINGTON BOROUGH COUNCIL ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 (TEMPORARY BRIDLEWAY CLOSURE) ORDER 2022 BRIDLEWAY 4 COATHAM MUNDEVILLE & BRIDLEWAY 5 WHESSOE (PATCHES LANE) Darlington Borough Council intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: BRIDLEWAY 4 COATHAM MUNDEVILLE From its junction on the south side of Coatham Lane southwards to Bridleway 5 Whessoe at Whessoe Holme Farm BRIDLEWAY 5 WHESSOE From Bridleway 4 Coatham Mundeville southwards for 95metres When the works can facilitate, a diversion route For pedestrians will be signed via Footpath 6 Whessoe and Footpath 5 Coatham Mundeville. The Order is necessary to allow improvement works to the bridleway.

The maximum duration of the temporary closure

under this Order is 6 months commencing from

4" April 2022, it is anticipated that the closure will

be effective for 8 weeks
