Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Darlington Road, Richmond; Richmond Road, Skeeby; Richmond Road To Scurragh Lane, Skeeby; Scurragh Lane, Moulton & Barracks Bank, Scotch Corner, Order 2022, No.29. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the following streets (subject to access to premises) due to Northern Powergrid works: Darlington Road, Richmond (from the electrical substation between Richmond & Skeeby to its junction with Richmond Road, Skeeby); Richmond Road, Skeeby; Richmond Road to Scurragh Lane, Skeeby; Scurragh Lane, Moulton (from the junction with Richmond Road to Scurragh Lane, Skeeby to the junction of Barracks Bank); Barracks Bank, Scotch Corner (from its junction with Scurragh Lane to the Blue Anchor roundabout). It is envisaged that the restrictions will be in force from 07/02/22 until 21/04/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 07/02/22 to 31/12/22. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Sutton Howgrave Centre to Howgrave Grange, Sutton Howgrave due to works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 22/02/22 until 28/02/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be from 22/02/22 until 05/03/22. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Cyclists & Horse Traffic, Public Bridleway 20.12/4/1, Catterick, Order 2022, No 28. We have made this Order to prohibit any pedestrian, cyclist or person riding or leading a horse from using Public Bridleway 20.12/4/1, Catterick, between grid reference SE24089807 & SE24169806 (subject to access to premises) for a temporary period of up to 6 months between 07/02/22 & 06/08/22 due to works. Works are expected to take 2 weeks & upon completion the route will be re-opened. The closure period will apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs.
