TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING (DEVELOPMENT MANAGEMENT PROCEDURE) (ENGLAND) ORDER 2010 NOTICE UNDER ARTICLE 11 OF APPLICATION FOR PLANNING PERMISSION

Proposed development at Central Park, Green Street, Darlington, County Durham DL1 1HH I give notice that Chris Dowle is applying to Darlington Borough Council for planning permission to construct the National Biologics Manufacturing Centre (NBMC) at Green Street. The NBMC will be a four storey building comprising offices, laboratories and training facilities that will assist companies of all sizes in the proving and scaling-up of processes to manufacture new biologic medicines such as antibodies and vaccines. Any owner* of the land or tenant** who wishes to make representations about this application should write to the Council at Development Management Services for Place, Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, DL1 5QT by 27th February 2014. * ”owner” means a person having a freehold interest or a leasehold interest the unexpired term of which is not less than 7 years. ** “tenant” means a tenant of an agricultural holding any part of which is comprised in the land.
