Northumberland County Council Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 - Section 14(1)
Byways Open to All Traffic Nos 14 & 48 (Parishes of Healey and Slaley)
(Temporary Traffic Closure) Order 2021 Notice is hereby given that Northumberland County Council intends to make an Order to prohibit the use, by motor vehicles and horse drawn vehicles, of Byways Open to All Traffic Nos 14 and 48 in the Parishes of Healey and Slaley, for the length outlined below, in the County of Northumberland.
The lengths of Byways Open to All Traffic Nos 14 and 48 which are affected is as follows:-From a point 300 metres south-east of Ladycross Quarry, at the junction with Byway Open to All Traffic No 19 (Parish of Slaley), in an easterly direction through Slaley Forest for a distance of 2520 metres to join the B6306 road, at the north-east corner of Winnows Hill Plantation.
The Order is to be effective from the 3rd December 2021 to the 2nd June 2022.
