Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, Thirsk Industrial Park, Thirsk, Order 2021, No.327. We have made this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Thirsk Industrial Park, Thirsk due to works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 08/11 /21 until 06/02/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be for 08/11/21 & 31/03/22. It is also envisaged that the closure will be removed between 22/12/21 & 05/01/22. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians & other Users, Tutin Road, Leeming Bar, Order 2021, No.336.

We have made this Order to prohibit any use of the southern footway along Tutin Road, Leeming Bar due to works. It is envisaged that the restriction will be in force from 08/11/21 until 31/03/22 inclusive, however the maximum duration of this Order will be until 07/05/23. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of pedestrian traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. Temporary Prohibition of Pedestrians, Public Footpath 10.110/38/1 Northallerton, Order 2020 No.335.

Notice is hereby given that the above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 10.110/38/1, Northallerton, between grid reference SE37039402 & SE37189407 due to the establishment of a COVID-19 testing facility has been continued in force for a further twelve months until 05/11/22 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. Notice is hereby given that trie above Order, the effect of which is to prohibit any public access along Public Footpath 10.115/2/1 Overton, between grid reference SE55885513 & SE56675537, due to a dangerous bridge has been continued in force for a further 12 months until 26/11/22 or until the completion of the works (whichever is the earlier), under Section 15(3) of the above Act with the approval of the Secretary of State for Transport. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using Silver Street, Barton (from a point approximately 200 metres south west of the 30 Mph speed limit signs at the south western end of the village north eastwards to a point approximately 200 metres north east of the 30 Mph speed limit signs at the north eastern end of the village) due to works. Temporary Prohibition of Traffic, B6274 Gilling Road, Richmond, Order 2021, No.345. We intend to make this Order to prohibit any vehicle from using the B6274 Gilling Road (from its junction with Olliver Road southwards to its junction with the A6108) due to works. This Order will be in force from 22/11/21 until 21/07/23 inclusive. It is however anticipated that the actual period of closure will be for 2 weeks within this period & the actual dates will be publicised on site in due course. The closure period will only apply as indicated by the placing of traffic signs & a local alternative route will also be signed on site where appropriate. . 30mph Speed Limit, Various Roads, Finghall, Order 2021. Notice is hereby given that on 29/10/21 we made an Order under Sections 84(1) & (2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 1984 & Part IV of Schedule 9 to the 1984 Act, the effect of which is to prohibit any motor vehicle from travelling at a speed in excess of 30 miles per hour on any length of road specified as follows: (1) Main Village Street, Finghall - from a point 315 metres west of its junction with the centre line of Hargill Lane (measured along the northern kerb line) eastwards to a point 80 metres north of its junction with the south side of Church Lane (measured along the eastern kerbline); (2) Hargill Lane, Blewhouse Lane, Finghall - from its junction with the main village street, south eastwards for a distance of 340 metres (measured along the eastern/northern kerbline); and, (3) Church Lane, Finghall - in its entirety. A copy of the Order, which comes into operation on 08/11/21, may be examined at County Hall, Northallerton during normal office hours from 05/11/21 until 10/12/21 & also viewed online at
