of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that Essex County Council in exercise of powers under S16 A-C Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended has made the above Orders to facilitate the Tour of Britain Women's road race (Cycling).
Effect of the orders: To temporarily close the following lengths of road in the County of Essex.
Stage 4 - Shoeburyness/Southend/Rochford - Barrow Hall Road, Barling Road, Shopland Road, Sutton Road, Southend Road, South Street, Weir Pond Road Stambridge - Stambridge Road. Great Stambridge -Gore Road, Creeksea Ferry Road, Lambourne Hall Road. Canewdon -Anchor Lane, Lark Hill Road, Ashingdon Road. Hullbridge - Lower Road (Hockley), Hullbridge Road (Rochford District and Rayleigh), Watery Lane (Wickford). Rawreth - Hawk Hill (Battlesbridge, Wickford), A132 Burnham Road (Wickford). B1012 Burnham Road (South Woodham Ferrers/ Chelmsford), B1012 Woodham Road (Wickford). Maldon-B1010 Fambridge Road (and Chelmsford), B1010 Lower Burnham Road (Chelmsford). The closures are scheduled to commence on 07 October 2021 for limited times (rolling roadblock) between the hours of 10.30am until 4.30pm or where appropriate signs are showing and weather permitting, these closures are required to facilitate the Women's Tour of Britain road race (Cycling).
The alternative route/s - adjacent roads will be available for use as diversions including A127, A130, A132, B1018, A414, and A13. Access for emergency vehicles and pedestrians will be maintained at all times during the closure.
The Order will come into effect on 07 October 2021 and may continue in force for one day.

(Crescent Road, South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Crescent Road, South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from a point approximately 30m south east of its junction with Grove Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a south easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 18th October 2021 for 5 days, or where stated on a valid permit (AZ7031001090961 - Cadent). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Cadent. An alternative route is available via Grove Road and vice versa. The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lark Hill Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council intends, not less than seven days from the date of this notice, to make the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lark Hill Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 265m north east of its junction with Hyde Wood Lane for a distance of approximately 100m in a north easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 9th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC0080GEA74313400 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while overhead cabling works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lark Hill Road, Canewdon Road, Ashingdon Road, Brays Lane, Apton Hall Road, Scotts Hall Road and vice versa.
The Order will come into effect on 7th October 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(A130 Canvey Way, Canvey Island/South Benfleet) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of A130 Canvey Way, Canvey Island/South Benfleet in the Borough of Castle Point, from both of the junctions with Sadlers Farm Roundabout to both of the junctions with Canvey Way Roundabout a distance of approximately 4100m. The closure is scheduled to commence on 5th October 2021 for 2 nights (21:00 - 05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP201EH2274106 -Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works
with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while annual calibration and maintenance checks works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via Sadlers Farm Roundabout, London Road, High Road, High Street, Ferry Road, Canvey Road - B1014 and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Church Road, Hockley) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice Is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Church Road, Hockley in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 150m south of its junction with St Peters Road for a distance of approximately 30m in a southerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 4th October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008PTMS296128A - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while pole testing works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Church Road, Lower Road, Hullbridge Road, Hambro Hill, Hockley Road, High Road, Aldermans Hill, Folly Lane and vice versa.
The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(High Street, Rayleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of High Street, Rayleigh in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 30m south west of its junction with Crown Hill for a distance of approximately 40m in a south westerly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 2nd October 2021 for 3 days, or where stated on a valid permit (EN014M14271 - Essex And Suffolk Water). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while mains repair works are undertaken by Essex And Suffolk Water.
An alternative route is available via High Street, Websters Way, Eastwood Road, Rayleigh Road, Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road, Southend Arterial Road Slip Road A127 To A130 Westbound, Fairglen Interchange, Rayleigh Weir Slip Road from A127 To A129 Eastbound, High Road. The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon) (Temporary Prohibition
of Traffic) Order 2021
Notice is hereby given
that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order: To temporarily close that length of Lambourne Hall Road, Canewdon in the District of Rochford, from a point approximately 25m east of its junction with Althorne Way for a distance of approximately 80m in an easterly direction. The closure is scheduled to commence on 3rd October 2021 for 1 day, or where stated on a valid permit (BC008OGEA50957877 - Openreach). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closure is required for the safety of the public and workforce while new connection works are undertaken by Openreach. An alternative route is available via Lamboume Hall Road, High Street, Anchor Lane, Scotts Hal Road, Apton Hall Road, Gore Road, Creeksea Ferry Road, Lamboume Hall Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.

(Rectory Road, Hadleigh) (Temporary Prohibition of Traffic) Order 2021

Notice is hereby given that the Essex County Council has made the above Order under section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
Effect of the order:
1. To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with Church Road to its junction with London Road a distance of approximately 38m.
2. To temporarily close that length of Rectory Road, Hadleigh in the Borough of Castle Point, from its junction with London Road for a distance of approximately 25m in a northeasterly direction.
The closures are scheduled to commence on 6th October 2021 for 2 nights (19:00-05:00), or where stated on a valid permit (EP10000010917 - Essex County Council). The scheduled dates may vary for these works with appropriate signs showing and/or displayed on one.network. The closures are required for the safety of the public and workforce while street lighting replacement works are undertaken by Essex County Council.
An alternative route is available via London Road, High Street, London Road, New Road, Rectory Road and vice versa. The Order came into effect on 23rd September 2021 and may continue in force for 18 months or until the works have been completed, whichever is the earlier.
