Notice of making of a Public Path Diversion Order, Highways Act 1980, North Yorkshire County Council, Public Bridleway No. 20.12/8, Catterick Flood Reservoir, Catterick, Diversion Order 2021 The above Order, made on 10/08/21, under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980 will divert the public bridleway described as follows; Bridleway No. 20.12/8: From GR SE2274 9792 & running generally north east to GR SE2287 9797, will be diverted onto a new line from GR SE2274 9792 & running generally north to GR SE2271 9804 & then north east to GR SE2276 9809 & continuing south east to GR SE2287 9797. Total distance of 359 metres. A copy of the Order & the Order map may be seen free of charge during normal office hours at Catterick Library, Gough Rd, Catterick Garrison, North Yorkshire until 24/09/21. Copies may be purchased from Waste & Countryside Services, North Yorkshire County Council, County Hall, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8AD (tel: 01609 532512) at a cost of £2, or can be downloaded free from our website

. Any representations about or objections to the Order may be sent in writing to Steve Metcalfe at the above address not later than 24/09/21. Please state the grounds on which they are made. Please note that objections/representations cannot be treated as confidential & may come into the public domain. Copies of any objections or representations received may be disclosed to interested parties, including the Planning Inspectorate where the case is referred to it for determination.
If no such representations or objections are duly made, or if any so made are withdrawn, North Yorkshire County Council may confirm the Order as an unopposed Order. If the Order is sent to the Secretary of State for the Environment for confirmation, any representations & objections which have not been withdrawn will be sent with the Order. Dated 27/08/21
