DARLINGTON BOROUGH COONCIL EXPERIMENTAL ORDER No.2 2021 MODIFICATION ORDER N0.1

On the 5th April 2021 Darlington Borough Council gave notice that it had made the Darlington Borough Council Experimental Order No.2 2021 ('the Order') introducing the following restriction pursuant to sections 9 and10 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ('the Act'):

Pursuant to Article 4 of the Order and section 10(2) of the Act the Council now gives notice that it has, on the 2nd July 2021, modified the Order by introducing the above restriction to the entire lengths of the following highways - Bucktons Yard, Clarks Yard and Mechanics Yard. Such objections should be sent in writing to the Assistant Director - Law and Governance (ref AE), Darlington Borough Council, Town Hall, Darlington DL1 5QT or by e-mail to
