(BARLEY LANE, BARLEY NEW ROAD, THE AVENUE, BARLEY, PENDLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021 The Lancashire County Council ("the County Council") in exercise of its powers under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended, (the Act), and of all other enabling powers, HEREBY makes the following Order:-The Lancashire County Council (BARLEY LANE, BARLEY NEW ROAD, THE AVENUE, BARLEY, PENDLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2021, Is hereby temporarily Amended in that: I. To amend Article 3 as follows:

The prohibition will be operative from 1631 hours on Sunday 21 st February 2021 until 1630 hours on Sunday 21" August 2022 or until it is deemed the prohibitions are no longer required. This Temporary Amendment Order shall come into operation on 20th April 2021 and may be cited as "The Lancashire County Council (BARLEY LANE, BARLEY NEW ROAD, THE AVENUE, BARLEY, PENDLE BOROUGH) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (TEMPORARY PROHIBITION OF LOADING AND UNLOADING) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT) ORDER 2021" Authority given for this Order to be made:
