(TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE) 2021 NORTHGATE WEST BACK, DARLINGTON

Darlington Borough Council Intend, not less than seven days from the date of this notice to make an Order under the provisions of Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984, as amended, the effect of which will be to close: NORTHGATE WEST BACK From its southern junction with Northgate westwards for 25metres Access will be from the northern junction NORTHGATE FOOTWAY - WEST SIDE Across the southern junction with Northgate West Back

An alternative route will be signed via the east side of Northgate and Northgate subway The Order is necessary to allow works to repair apparatus on behalf of Northumbrian Water The maximum duration of the temporary closure under this Order is 18 months commencing from 8th March 2021, it is anticipated that the closure will be effective for 2 weeks.
