There is a section of this land which is required in this planning permission which forms part of public bridleway 96 at the junction of the B6173. This is the first 40 metres from the B6173 which runs directly through land which I own . This land belongs to myself and is part of my property. I have a significant third party interest in this land. This section of land is required for the direct accessway and general accessway to this proposed development. I do not know why Durham County Council have not attached this notice to the current planning application which is live online on the planning portal where I could of advised of my third party interest. DCC are well aware of my current position and my ownership of this land in question which runs through my property. Instead they have put this notice into a local paper which we haver never received and another local paper we have never purchased let alone knew they were online to make a comment and a third party claim. DCC planning and highways are well aware of my position with this planning application along with my land ownership surrounding this section of land which I have continually asked for the applicant to name as is required by law for for a planning application to be considered. I have opened an internal complaint within both departments in December 2020 which I will now take to a higher level following this underhanded tactic which is one of many both DCC planning and highways have used within this planning application.
