THE BOROUGH OF BLACKBURN WITH DARWEN FOOTPATH 1 LIVESEY (TEMPORARY FOOTPATH CLOSURE) ORDER 2020
NOTICE Is hereby given that the Blackburn with Darwen Borough Council proposes to make the above Order under Section 14(1) (a) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984.
The effect of the Order will be to prohibit any persons from using the footpaths referred to in the Schedule below due to works being carried out on the line of the right of way.
The Order becomes effective on 29th of October 2020 for a period of six months or until the works have been completed whichever is the sooner.
