THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (WARTH ROAD / MILFORD DRIVE / OPENSHAW FOLD ROAD, BURY) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council propose to make the above named Order under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as follows:-NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Warth Road, Bury - both sides from a point 25 metres west of the projected north westerly kerbline of Bealey Dr in a westerly direction to and including its cul-de-sac end.

Milford Drive, Bury - both sides from the northerly kerbline of Warth Rd for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Openshaw Fold Road, Bury - Easterly side from the northerly kerbline of Warth Rd for a distance of 10 metres in a northerly direction.

Details of the proposals are in the draft Order (including the exemptions contained within them) with plans showing the roads and areas affected and a statement of the Council's reasons for making the Orders. THE METROPOLITAN BOROUGH OF BURY (KNOWLES STREET / BELGRAVE STREET / ROBERT STREET/ ROBERTSON STREET, RADCLIFFE) (PROHIBITION OF WAITING) (AMENDMENT AND REVOCATION) ORDER 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Bury Metropolitan Borough Council proposes to make the above named Order under sections 1, 2, 4 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 and of all other enabling powers. The effect of the Order will be the Introduction of No Waiting at Any time which includes a partial revocation of a previous No Waiting 8am - 7pm restriction.

NO WAITING AT ANY TIME

Knowles St, Radclifle - both sides from a point 10m north of the northerly kerbline of Belgrave St to a point 10m south of the southerly kerbline of Befgrave St

Knowles St, Radclifle - both sides from a point 10m north of the northerly kerbline of Robert St/Robertson St to a point 10m south of the southerly kerbline of Robert St/Robertson St

Robertson St/Robert St, Radcliffe - both sides from a point 10m west of the westerly kerbline of Knowles St to a point 10m east of the easterly kerbline of Knowles St.

The Council also intends to revoke The Metropolitan Borough of Bury (Belgrave Street/Knowles Street, Radcliffe)(Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2009 in its entirety as the new proposed order will include the restrictions from that Order.

The Council also intends to amend The Greater Manchester County (Robert Street and Watson Street, Radcliffe (Prohibition of Waiting)(Borough) Order 1982.
